My BlueLine is an interactive voice response system (IVR), which recognizes
speech patterns to answer questions when you call Customer Service (501-378-2010
or 1-800-238-8379). The IVR system immediately will answer, and you simply respond
verbally to the questions asked by the system. Your questions will be answered quickly
and easily 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
At any time during the call, you can say Customer Service, and your call
immediately will be routed to the next available customer service representative.
If you call after business hours, you may leave a message for a representative.
