BlueChoice PPO offers more deductible choices than any of our other plans — from
$500 to $25,000. With BlueChoice PPO, you also have the opportunity to choose the amount
of coinsurance you will pay and the option to pay only copays for doctors’ visits.

Access Blue PPO
Access Blue PPO is a limited benefit policy designed to protect you against the high costs associated with
more serious medical care. In exchange for a lower monthly premium, you’ll have coverage
for inpatient and outpatient services, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, dialysis and more.

Short-Term Blue
Short-Term Blue is designed to provide coverage for those who want short-term
protection against catastrophic events such as unexpected illnesses, diseases and
accidents. You choose the deductible -- $500 or $1,000 — and the number of
days (a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 182) you’ll need coverage.
