Blueprint for Employers
Groups can make payments through our secure member website, Blueprint for Employers.
Guest pay
Small groups can make a one-time payment using bank ACH, credit or debit card through our secure guest payment site.
Autopay
Groups can sign up for free, monthly automatic payments with a credit or debit card* (small group only), or check.
In person
Find a Welcome Center near you to pay with cash, a credit or debit card* (small group only), or check. Your check may be processed electronically, which means the amount paid would be withdrawn from your account immediately.
By mail
You can send a check to us as outlined below. Your check may be processed electronically, which means the amount paid would be withdrawn from your account immediately. Remember to include your invoice payment stub. Make checks payable to (select based on what type of plan you have):

Bill pay
Sign up for Bill Pay through your financial institution, which will automatically draft payments from the bank account you choose.
eBill Manager
Sign in to pay electronically with an ACH. You can also enroll in Auto Draft within the payment options. Speak to your sales representative for more information.
